TRANSPORT leads an active outreach and participatory programme. Recent work has included a month-long programme of free workshops for adults in Folkestone, a two-day workshop for theatre practitioners at the University of Kent on international collaborations and a week's residency with the Young Company at the New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich. We also offer work placements.
Our participatory leaders have taught at/for Complicite, The Young Vic Theatre, Sydney Theatre Company, Hyderabad University, The Eugene O'Neill Institute of Theater, London Metropolitan University, The University of Birmingham, Theatre Institute Warsaw, The University of Gdansk, Rose Bruford, West Yorkshire Playhouse, NT Studio, Central School of Speech & Drama, Guildhall School of Music & Drama and The Old Vic Theatre.

This year Douglas's workshop will be specifically related to his production of Invisible by Tena Stivicic. Using
Berger's A Seventh Man as a point of departure he will hold a devising workshop around contemporary
narratives of migration sourced from verbatim and other source materials.
